Taste: characteristic of tart apples (old variety). Sweet product with a touch of wheat. Remarks: serve well chilled (as for Blanche de Namur; half-fill your glass and, before filling it, shake the bottle so as to benefit from the entire palette of flavour and the cloudiness that distinguish this product).
