This top fermented beer, brewed with wheat and barley malts, is not pasteurised. Its characteristic haze is caused by a partial filtration and a brewing process with double fermentation. It’s easily paired with white meat, fish or is tasted fresh as an apéritif. Its fruitiness comes from the orange peel and coriander. It has won a Gold at the first Concours Général Agricole for beer organised in France, in 2003, and a Silver in 2005.
