Espuma de baixa formação, mas excelente persistência. Aroma malte caramelo, frutas passas, tostado, álcool (vinho), floral. Encorpada, boa carbonatação, sabor adocicado, de pão, frutado. Amargor moderado, persiste. Final com percepção alcoólica e residual e um toque de lúpulo herbal. Aftertaste adocicado e alcoólico. Cerveja artesanal da Patagônia. Cor de mogno e espuma bege volumosa no início, mas de curta duração. Aroma fantástico: bem lupulado floral e herbal, mas de certa complexidade. Levemente salgada e amarga. Encorpada. O sabor acompanha o aroma. Conjunto ímpar. Os 10% de teor alcoólico são sentidos; porém, dão uma potência muito agradável e interessante a essa breja.
