PUMPKIN ALE
Cerveja feita com malte de cevada, malte de trigo, abóbora, noz moscada, cravo, canela, lactose e lúpulo.
Líquido âmbar claro de razoável turbidez. Servido, forma um dedo de espuma marfim de curta duração.
Aroma proeminente de doce de abóbora com especiarias, sendo distintas as expressões de noz moscada e canela. Nuances açucaradas de malte/lactose, bem como moderado (porém inadvertido) toque ácido, complementam.
Na boca, esta acidez fica ainda mais perceptível e diminui bastante a sensação adocicada. Já o combo de abóbora e especiarias se mantém presente também no sabor. O final chega seco, especiado, algo azedo, um tiquinho salgado. Corpo baixo-médio e elevada carbonatação.
Cerveja apreciada no limite de seu vencimento. Talvez, por isso, tenha se acidificado.
Como gosto bastante de cervejas ácidas, o defeito identificado não me desagradou. Assim, seja fresca, seja acidificada, deixo aqui a minha recomendação. rs

https://www.brejas.com.br/cerveja/brasil/discussions/review?id=170053 Amarelada,turva,espuma branca mediana com boa manutenção;no aroma o frutado da abóbora aparecendo de primeira,cravo e canela ao fundo;na boca a ordem é invertida,com o picante e o condimentado em primeiro plano,dulçor frutado,malte e leve lactose finalizam;corpo baixo/médio,boa carbonatação,final e retrogosto agridoces.
