We released Southern Triangle for our 1st Anniversary in 2013. Named for the three hops from the Southern hemisphere. Crop releases in the Southern Hemisphere take place during our winter vs. summer in the US. As a young brewery, we hopped on the hops, took advantage of the fresh crop and ended up with a great IPA.
Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Moteuka, & Galaxy.

Coloração âmbar turva com creme bege de longa duração. Aroma e sabor lupulados. Final seco e amargo prolongado.
