Del Ducato Blonde

Lost in her memory, drowned in regret, I looked for her for years wondering through the roads of the North-West. Then, during a fine spring day, I found her upon returning home. She was the sun, the clouds and the blue sky. An embrace I would not let go of again. Inspired to the Hoppy Belgian Blonde, it has herbaceous and balsamic aromas with fruity notes of pineapple, peach and yeast. Its dry, bitter finish makes it quenching and easy to drink despite its fairly high alcohol content. The inspiration came while drinking some new generation Belgian Blonde. The abundant use of Poperinge hops delivers a special character to the beer featuring aromas of geranium and chives. Adding sugar during the boil gives a nice dry finish. Easy to drink and seducing at the same time, it gives great emotions and satisfaction when picked at the right time. In the summer time, when I come home after a long day of work and the sun has not fully set yet, I enjoy having an appetizer on the balcony while the hills and the sky go from pink, to red into orange. The Blonde is my companion during those moments. I drink at least a 22oz bottle, sometimes more!
