An Imperial Porter brewed with heather honey, liquorice root, and blackcurrants, aged in Pedro Ximenez and Bourbon barrels.
Taste: Velvety smooth mocha and rich honey characters come through first, with a touch of black pepper and caraway layering in and balancing out the sweet toffee characters from the malt. On the finish is a long lasting freshly cut liquorice sensation followed by a pleasant acidity from the cassis and just a hint of rock salt to marry the flavours together.
Appearance: Tar-black with a brief deep brown head.
Nose: Rich freshly picked blackcurrants mixed with delicate hints of anise and dark chocolate. Red fruits, burnt toffee, and just a hint of smoke follows.

Apresentou coloração preta opaca com espuma bege escuro de média formação e longa persistência. No aroma temos licor de chocolate, Bourbon, uva passa, ameixa em calda, couro e cassis. Na boca as notas permanecem, complementadas por leve defumado. Tem bom corpo, carbonatação amena e textura licorosa. Receita primorosa e inesquecível.
