Ashcat was the name for the stoker in a steam powered locomotive. But, you don’t have to put in a 26 hour day shoveling coal to enjoy this brew. Slightly hoppy with a smooth finish, the Ashcat is sweet but dry, with subtle notes of caramel and toffee. But, fear not the adjectives, because this beer won’t overwhelm your palette. Perfect after a day in front of a coal fired furnace, or of doing nothing at all.

Servida na caldereta apresentou coloração âmbar escura com espuma bege de ótima formação e persistência. No aroma e no sabor temos caramelo, grapefruit, leve tostado e acerola.
