Taste: medium-bodied, its foam is creamy, fine and compact and in the mouth expresses an excellent complexity of fruity and spicy aromas, with an interesting sensation of caramel that ends with hints of light hops.
Food pairing: fairly structured pasta dishes. Second courses of red meat, baked and grilled, cheeses with herbs or fresh, provola, speck and Prague ham, dried fruit.

Apresentou coloração âmbar translúcida com espuma branca de média formação e boa persistência. Destaque para as notas de laranja amarga, caramelo, leve torrado e frutas secas. Tem corpo médio, carbonatação moderada e textura um pouco oleosa.
